    1st offense felony robbery with force
    My son was charged with robbery with force this his 1 offense no priors other than tickets the d.a recommened 3 yrs in 4 yrs on paper what could happen he also admitted he did the crime

    Where? The DA should have a pretty good idea what the penalty will/could be.

    I'd believe him/her.

    My son plead guilty he has no priors besides tickets no juvenile record the d.a is recommening 3 in 4 on paper he goes to court for pretrial what could happen

    Hello a:

    The DA sets the time. If HE thinks a 3 year prison sentence is appropriate, that's what he's going to get.

    What does that mean? Three years to be served in prison and the final year on probation?
