    Violating Probation 1st Time
Im on probation for 5 years, its been 2 1/2 years... This is the first time I've violated probation that's could lead me in front of a judge... It was a misdemeanor charge but I'm on felony probation... I have been given chances by my probation officer... Should I ask for a electronic monitor and meetings with my PO for every 2 weeks so I can keep myself in check?? Hopefully avoid jail time?? I have a great job that I will lose I'm getting married in August this year... A lot of people depend on me including family, wife and employer... Anyone got any advice other then getting a lawyer?
