    Quiet Title Action
    Is there a form that I can file in court chicot county to quiet deed action,I am an aire to an estate in Arkansas I think all the others have passed,It was sold at tsx auction I paid the fees and ao on and how can I get a deed so I am the owner, it was my uncles estste and I an redeaming it within the 30 day period, I don't know what I am doing. I have 12 days left. Tom

    Your situation cries out for an Arkansas attorney who can figure out tax foreclosure redemption procedure. Make sure the redemption is valid by doing what needs to be done, and quickly.

    The other aspect of your situation is that, once you have successfully redeemed it, it may not still be yours. It may still belong to your uncle's estate. The personal representative will probably still have to administer the estate. You are an heir, but the particular property could still go to other heirs. It could be that you have a claim against the estate instead of the property.
