It is impossible to help you over the internet. If it doesn't go away then go to the doctor.

If you are not sexually active, it could be from masturbating. Don't even consider messing with it, or will break the skin causing infection.

I am sexually active, but my girl recently has gotten checked out and everything was fine with her. Like I said I doesn't hurt , its like skin color , an its apart of the skin not the penis. And it appeared out of nowhere.

"And it appeared outta nowhere."
That is something you need to get used to. That will happen forever and only gets worse when you get older.

I wasn't talking about just the penis no. I was talking about the whole body. I can't say if you have anything to be worried about. If you are worried, then make an appointment so you don't have to worry about it anymore.
And with all things don't worry until there is something to worry about.

We should not say don't worry about it. Our policy is not diagnosing on the Internet, as you can appreciate, that is impossible. To ease your mind, see your doctor.

Go to your family doctor who you are more familiar with. A clinic will treat you like a second class citizen asking about a spot on your penis. IMOO.

I am curious about a small bump on the shaft of my penis. It isn't itchy and my wife was the one who noticed it was even there. I expect it is a pimple or a bug bite because it doesn't hurt and there's a tiny hole in the center. Should I be worried? Or just play the waiting game?
