    I had an IV in my hand 4 days ago and now my forearm and elbow are swollen and achy
    I had an IV in my hand 4 days ago and now my forearm and elbow are swollen and achy like they are filling with blood and it is getting worse. Should I be worried?

    What was the IV for? How old are you? Do you have a doctor or just the ER?
