    Rights for unborn child
I have been with my partner for months and she is 12 weeks pregnant she didn't know weather to keep it but has known since she was 5 weeks gone. She said if she didn't want it she would have hot rid of it early on. She's just out of a 13 yr domestic violence marriage and has been getting fake Facebook messages bullying her of late and she is under stress because of it which has given her doubts about our relationship she has finished us twice already and did it again today after tellingly 2 days ago to start saving for an engagement ring so this is all confusing for me. She has 6 children 4 by her ex and had to give up her elder 2 because of his abuse but the eldest lives with her now. I have 4 children of which I had 2 live with until my eldest moved in with her friend. My girl friend is waiting to be rehoused through council and domestic violence team to 4 bed place of which I was suppose to be moving
Into when she's settled to be her partner and bring up the children. Hoping this can be resolved but if not I want access or custody of my child. So where do I stand when my baby is born in December this year

I don't understand what you are asking - you have no rights at all until the child is born and you go to Court, prove paternity, your "rights" are given to you and enforced.

If you are asking if you can stop an abortion or force an abortion, no, you can't. It's not your body.

No I don't want an abortion and I understand that I have to wait until After the birth but she will be moving very soon and if we don't work things out between us I won't know when she's in labour or where my child is so how do I get around that ?

You don't. If she doesn't want to tell you, there's nothing you can do as you have no rights in this matter yet.

First, I assume you are in the UK. Laws vary by area so your location is important. Definitely in the US, you have absolutely no rights until the child is born.

I don't know if the UK has a Putative Father's Registry. But your only option now is consulting a solicitor who knows UK law on this issue.
