Troy-bilt 18.5 hp no fuel to carb

I have no fuel getting in to the carburator. Fuel all the way up to the carb. There is a black and white wire going up to the bottom of carb, but not in. any one help me?

Purchased a new troy bilt 4 cycle tiller, less than 10 hours ran great. Now will only run in chock, will allow to go half way to half chock,idles up, but can't get enough power to till. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Wes

I've got a four year old Troy Built tiller with a batter and electric start. I want to do away with the battery and still have electric start like my snow blowers do. Any one know what I have to do to change this over? Thanks, Bob Henning [email protected]
