    Bowel issues. Mildly urgent!
I'm having pain passing bowel movements. I'm 21 years old with a former addiction problem. Four years ago I noticed a large amount of blood passed in a movement. This has occurred probably 10 times since.

I notice strange odor with the movements. From extremely foul, a sweet odor, fishy smell and recently very metallic tinted with I'd say a necrotic odor. I'm concerned I might have necrotic tissue from a fissure or other ailment. My movements are almost never solid and anywhere from cow pie resembling to very diarrhea. I even have dreaded pencil thin movements. :(

    What're the most probable ailments?

It could be colon cancer, it could be hemorrhoids, it could be IBS, it could be so many things. There's really no way to even guess.

You need to see your doctor about this and request a colonoscopy.

    Good luck.

This is similar to running at low rpm's at too high a gear. The truck lurches until you downshift. It doesn't do it on acceleration or pulling a load, just coasting at 30 to 45 MPH. The lurch is very mild. I have changed fuel twice to different brands and that doesn't make a difference. This...
