    Serving a subpoena outside the country the case serves
    Hi I am abroad in the Middle East. My mom, in the Philippines, received a summon on my behalf from my wife, who I have left for 10 years (but almost have frequent communication) and sought annulment. I work abroad by contract. It is so impossible for me to attend the summon.

    What would be the right thing to do?

    Hire an attorney in country of court to represent you in the matter
