Hi I am abroad in the Middle East. My mom, in the Philippines, received a summon on my behalf from my wife, who I have left for 10 years (but almost have frequent communication) and sought annulment. I work abroad by contract. It is so impossible for me to attend the summon.
What would be the right thing to do?
