    Forgery in marriage
    I live in PA. My bank account is in my name only. My husband had been writing checks out to himself and signing my name to them. He cashed them all at his bank. Within 2 months he had written $17,250 leaving me -$925. Is this legal?

    NO! Get a lawyer fast. Gather all important papers and take them to the lawyer so that nothing is left at home. Time for a divorce, by the way.

    Also did you file a police report and see if criminal charges can be done.

    Did you contact the bank and report fraud the minute you found out ?

    Have you asked him to return the money, what has he said
