    Expungement for forgery
    Can I ask for expungement in the state of Texas for forgery? I got on adjudicated probation in 1999 and violated(didn't report) in 2001 did 6 months in jail and got time served .if there is expungement for forgery how do I go about this

    Expungement MIGHT be available in your state. I don't know. But, it's going to take a good lawyer for you to get one.
