My girlfriend was married to a Arabic man. After he went to Syria and found a new bride and returned to the USA and kept the other woman a secret until my girlfriend discovered the affair and he divorced her.

But because she was a homemaker and mother of 3 with no job and was 50 yrs old she was forced to continue to live in house with her ex, and he even forbid her to date, and told her if she wasn't intimate with him he would sell house and cut her loose financially. He agreed to pay house hold expenses until they sell house, and she get the equity in house but had to endure this for 4 years.

He brought his Arabic bride home and moved out, she continues to live there and we are dating but hides me until they sell house in fear he will cut her off. I'm reestablishing myself financially and we plan on buying house and getting married but until we have to act like were having an affair because of his Arabic backwards beliefs.

How long do I wait for this to end?

It's up to you how long you're willing to wait, no one else can answer that for you, only you can decide.

And you have been with her for how long? How old are her kids? Are they his kids? Is her name on the house? To many holes in this story, as she would have to have a proper divorce, and settlement before you start making plans.

Enjoy the affair until one of them handles there business and she is free of him. How long should you wait? Until you get tired of the affair, as no telling how long it takes them to handle their business together. Forget a future until they do.
