I hate my boobs, they are massive. I have recently turned 13 years old in the beginning of March. My boobs are rapidly growing. I weigh 52kg and I'm quite skinny, my bra size is a 34 C which I got professionally fitted. Please tell me how to reduce the size of my boobs. Many say exercise and dieting won't work. I won't have surgery so just please help!

There is no way. At 13, and a really small cup size, no one is going to do surgery.

For surgery, you will have to actually be large, be older and it be a health problem, such as a back problem.

Girls mature differently, and your size is not that large at all. Just wait and see what happens in a few years

For an adult woman that's a fairly small or at least reasonable size. Like someone said, your body will catch up over the next few years. Do you feel "massive" because all the other girls your age are still flat? (They probably envy you like crazy! I was in the same boat as you, and things worked out nicely by the time I was 16.)

"Many" are right. Diet and exercise are not likely to provide a significant reduction. At your age it may just be am imbalance in growth rates and will balance out eventually. A C cup is not "massive" even at your age.

So the only thing you can do now is wait for things to balance. If they continue to grow and do actually become massive, then your only option will be surgery once you become an adult.

I'm sure you already know to wear loose fitting tops of a dark color, or at least opaque.


When I was your age, my best friend was growing pretty large breasts while I stayed flat. (I never did get much, sigh.)
I know a few women who had breast reduction surgery later in life. I know one woman who had a diagphragmatic hernia from large breasts.
All you can do is wait and see what your health is like as you age.

I made a joke about it with one friend, a la Charles D*ckens: I offered to buy her large breasts and write a book, The Sale of Two Titties.

I feel your pain and everything does not just balance out. They're mistaken. I am a 34 tripleD and I HATE it. I'm 18 and my body did not "catch up". I've got a small waist so most shirts either make me look fat or make my arms look fat and they're not. :{. I spend about 70 bucks per bra because not all stores carry my size in store. Bad news is without surgery, breast reduction is not likely. Your breasts are mainly fat, and the only way to lose some of that would be to just exercise and hope some of that fat will come off. Since you're not bigger anywhere else, that probably isn't an option. I exercise and diet like crazy but I can't get any of the weight off my breasts. You might just have to learn to live with them. I hope you can learn to love them because women should feel comfortable in their bodies, but just a cautionary tale. I have terrible back and neck pains that can only be subdued by lying down flat. I'm positive it's a combination of large breasts plus bad posture due to large breasts :]. If you start to experience this(because I started experiencing it around your age) talk to your parents about it.

No we are not mistaken. Most of the time, things DO balance out. But nothing is universal. So sometimes it doesn't.

But you are correct that the only way is surgery. However, in your case, given the physical problems you are encountering, you might get a doctor to require the surgery, so your insurance can pay for it.
