    Hibiscus tea while pregnant
I am 18-19 weeks pregnant.I drank a cup of hibiscus and wild berry tea (no caffeine) every morning. By accident I have read that it is not safe. Did I hurt my baby?
    Thank you.

There is no conclusive evidence for this but hibiscus tea strengthens the immune system and is high in antioxidants. If it is not something you absolutely have to take, why take it is my feeling on this.
