Don't know where that is, but I bring mine in every year and it even blooms in January or February.

It all really depends on which type you have, hardy or tropical hibiscus. If it has shiny, glossy leaves, with salmon, peach, orange or yellow flowers, or double blooms, it's tropical, this plant won't tolerate temperatures outside below 40 degrees, wet soil or any form or frost, so bring it in. If you have the hardy variety, it has duller medium leaves, with white, pink or red flowers, they need little care in the winter even up North, they will die to ground and then come back once the spring comes.
