    If you start getting per diem in one state for three months and then travel to another
    My question is , when you start per diem in Texas for three months and then go to North Carolina to work where you are getting per diem from the same company. Does you per diem start over or does it start when you started in Texas

    Your per diem time limit of one year restarts when you went to North Carolina.
