International Student STEM OPT Last year filing tax as non-resident alien
This is the last year I will be filing my tax as a non resident alien. My 5 calendar years will be up next year.
I graduated from an undergraduate university in 2011 and have been working full time at the same university in a lab eversince. I am now on STEM OPT and this expires in Feb 2014
    My W-2 reads :
Box 1 : 30,257.90 (Wages, tips, other compensation)
    Box 2 : 3,146.74 ( Federal income tax withheld)
Box 3: 31,415.16 (Social security wages)
Box 4 : 1,319.44 (Social security tax withheld)
    Box 6: 455.52 (Medicare tax withheld)Box 12 : 12a DD 6,067.68
    Box 14 UCRP 1,157.26
    Box 17 : State income tax 584.72

Would anyone be knowledgeable enough to double check what my refund would be this year if I am a student from India, Single, no kids.
Are there any deductions I can claim to maximize this refund ?
    I really appreciate the help!

Ps- The tax is filed in California and I've had the same employer all of 2012

To begin with, you should NOT be paying FICA (Social Security and Medicare) taxes at all in 2012 due to your F-1 status.

Go to your employer and ask for those FICA taxes back.
