The heater stays on in my apt
The heater in my apartment stays on if I turn up the temp for it to turn on it will and the fan is blowing on fast speed but when it reaches the desired temp I can hear it go to low speed and it keeps heating I do maintenance for property and someone before me has gotten a wire connected wrong the system is a first company type single stage hope u can guide me thanks

Daily, at random times, my heating unit cuts off for 3 hours before turning back on-no matter the temperature. Increasing the temp on the thermostat does not cause it to kick on. What would cause it?
I have a baseboard heater that stays and gets really hot when the thermostat is turned all the way down. It is a single pole thermostat and brand new. I thought the new thermostat would correct this very problem. The baseboard itself was brand new just last year. It seems to go up and down...
This past winter I turned on the heater and had it set @ 68, it never shut off even in the off position. The only thing I could do is turn off the breaker. The temp reached 94 degrees. What could be the problem? I have changed the t-stat already. Thanks
Having problems with heater on a bryant model:gb1hav048111. Just replaced thermostat thinking that would be the problem for it. Unit turns on by its self but come to find out you can remove the thermostat and still turns on can even remove the thermostat wires to the motherboard and still comes on....
