Custody? Mother keeping my son from me.. Pennsylvania
So my wife left took my son and won't answer my calls or texts about getting him. Background story is before we were married she left went to her other kids dads found out she was pregnant came back here for 6 months telling me my son was mine. Then left again told him he wasn't mine had my son gave him the other kids last name.. Texted me a week after she had him and told him he was mine.came back we got married she stayed for about 6 months left again then came back then stayed another 6 months and has left again. So here's my?? s Since I am not on the birth certificate but we are married do I have any legal rights to my son or am I virtually screwed. I'd love to go for full custody since she had another child that lives at her moms and another kid that was back and forth between my house and his dads but, I am laid off right now and I know that comes into play although I make more then her on unemployment.I just don't know what my next move should be? Do I have grounds for custody since she is keeping him from me and because she has moved about 8 times in the last 3 years.. I also am bipolar how much weights does that hold over a case... I mean obviously this girl is nuts she just doesn't have the papers to prove it...

Not really, until and unless you get a court order.

Did you ever have paternity legally established? If not then you file for custody, and the first thing that will be done is a paternity test.

If you have, file anyway. If you are the father you have rights, but you have to go to court to enforce them.
