No.. they run checks for warrants.

Those warrants don't go away... better to get a lawyer and deal with them... so you can get on with your life without them biting you in the butt down the road.

Thanks for your answer I was just concern I just found out that I had warrants the person I gave my money to too pay for them didn't

Any state ID office will run a check as they are tied into the system that can do that. They CAN issue a fugitive hold warrant for that depending on where... and they will take you into custody on the spot.

I know someone that happened to. They spent weeks waiting for extradition before they could even see a judge in that jurisdiction... for what amounted to nothing more than a fine and court costs in that case. Literally after weeks in jail they paid the fine (basically what was owed to that person ) and walked out of the courtroom.

He didn't even know there was one and it took a good while before he even found out WHY.
