    I'm scared to leave my house! Help me!
    I feel scared to leave my house . Literally! I feel scared and very nauseous . Because of this I'm not able to out anywhere and this troubling me a lot . I always find excuses to not go out with my friends . This is annoying them also . I feel so scared to go malls restaurants etcplease help me what do I do?? I

    You need to see a therapist or counseller - this is not "normal" behavior.

    There is help for you. You may need to begin with having a therapist come to your home and help you take baby steps out into the world. Call your county human services department or Catholic Charities or Lutheran Social Services (you don't have to be Catholic or Lutheran or even religious). If that's no good, call the reference department at your local public library and ask for the names of area therapists/social workers and then call to find out who will come to you at first. If none of this works out, please post here again.
