    Paying rent for June
    I have a agency helping pay 3 months rent and my landlord wants me to pay rent for June can she do this my lease says that the rent is due on the first of every month

    If you have a written lease and the lease says that rent is required on the first day of the month then the landlord cannot require that you pay the rent for June before June 1.
