    Here is a mystery . Elderly women down the block. Has over the counter benefits with Humana. It is called RightSource RX.
    She gets a $5.00 a month credit and if it over that amount she pays the rest.
    The vitamin was $7.00 so she mailed in her check for $2.00
    On Feb 1,2013,It was cashed Feb 12,2013. Here it is the middle of March and nothing received. Rightsource has no knowledge of
    Ever receiving the order. Funny thing the check was cashed but no endorsement is on the back of the check

    There should be a bank stamp on the back of the check, and that bank is liable for cashing it unendorsed. They owe her $5. They will probably give it to her without argument, at least as a gesture of goodwill. I hope it's local and not some pilfering employee at Humana.
