My daughter is 21has 2 grand babies of mine. She has physically beat me and mentally abuses me. She uses my grand babies as leverage which hurts them and me. I'm having no contact due to her telling me she was going to come to my funeral long enough to spit on my cold sorry body . I'm not allowed to see the babies at all. I'm a single parent just so hurt confused and feel bad for these babies. I'm on fixed income can't fight for rights but I miss those babies. I fear her abuse. I'm depressed and feel alone. What do I do now?

I do feel for you, and many are in your situation. I do notice that you mention 'babies' 5 times in one short paragraph, and two of them say that they are 'mine' or 'my', but not once do you say they are hers. This is a clue that maybe you are too involved and possibly wanting too much to be in control of their parenting. Your daughter has to learn to be a parent on her own, and if that means total deprivation for a while while you wait for this to resolve over time while you BOTH learn, then that is what must be.

I agree completely thanks for bringing it to my attention. I have given her space including not complaining of not seeing her children . I will leave it all alone then maybe one day she will realize things weren't so bad with her mom. I'm guilty of giving in too much and helping too much.
