Icp dc90 natural gas furnace
I have a older icp dc90 furnace. I have replaced the exhaust motor,ignitor,vacume switch and now putting on a new transformer. The exhaust motor runs but the ignitor does not come on at all. Any ideas? Tested transformer and getting 40 volts not 24 out of it so that is why I'm changing that.

Seems like a lot of soot around on unit above exchanger. Noticed a lot of soot on eve of house this past winter. Heat and a/c is working OK. Just trying to head off any problem. I have a handicapped son and don't want any sudden break downs... undefinedAny help please.
We have a Carrier Weather Maker 8000 Natural Gas Furnace not functioning properly. We have replaced pressure switch, hot surface ignitor, flame sensor and control board. It will cycle 3 to 4 times and then not come back on. Is it possibly a bad coil on gas valve?:rolleyes:

When turning on , the furnace comes on with more of a force now makes a little bang sound, furnace runs the cycle, sometimes the pilot light will go out.
I have a strong pilot light but the main burner isn't coming on... could it be the thermocouple?
