    Cut off Valves
Plumber put two cut off valves under the kitchen sink. But when they are wide open
There is no pressure.. Water has a low stream. Rest of the house is okay.
Did he do something wrong. The water cut off okay.

Have him come back and fix. Probably a plugged aerator.

There might be kinks in the supply lines that could reduce flow; but, I agree with the first post Have the plumber come back and fix it. There could be a problem with the shut-off valves, or debris in your faucet. The service person should have no problem coming back for no charge and make it work right! Reputations are made by good service, and any service provider knows that an unsatisfied client will tell their friends. Few will talk about the job well done.

Some shut off valves are 1/4 turn while others require several complete turns, assume you have tried opening and closing the valves, right? Could be debris but that usually will not lower both hot abd cold, are they the same when you try jsy hot or just cold?

Both of them. With the valves wide open. Very small stream. Even with aerator off

Sure sounds to me like he disturbed some crud built up on the pipe walls and now it's blocking the cartridge inlets, The solution would be to shut the water off at the stops, Open up the faucet and remove the cartridge. Check and clean the inlet ports. Before you reassemble open the stops for a few seconds to flush out the supplies. Good luck, Tom
