    I have stopped taking my vatimans will that affect the baby
    I stopped using my vitamans and now I am scared it might effect the baby growth like her hair and nails

    It won't affect her hair and nails, but it will affect her health. Prenatal vitamins are very important. Why did you stop taking them?

    I wouldn't worry about the hair and nails. I would worry about the brain and spinal cord.

    Prenatal vitamins are not a beauty treatment for the child. They have been proven to help the development of the child and prevent very serious problems like spina bifida, which can be a debilitating and even fatal birth defect.

    Some mothers find they can't tolerate vitamins due to nausea but taking them another time of day, such as in the evening, can resolve that problem. You should not stop taking them.
