Hello I am new to this forum,
I am a 39 years old and have been married for 11 years. My husband is a great guy he is also my best friend too. We do not have any kids. From the past one year I have fallen in love with my boss. I am not sure how and when it happened - we both think on the same frequency and sometimes do not have to even exchange words to communicate. He knows exactly what I am thinking and vice versa. He is also married with kids. I do not want to break up his marriage nor mine. I am sure he feels the same. But the feelings I have for him are too strong to ignore.
I am not able to express my feelings with him, now it hurts so much to even see him. But it also hurts not to see him. I am absolutely frustrated. I really do not know how to handle the situation I am in. This emotional stress has started to take a toll on me. Please suggest how I can handle this.

Stay within the lines of good behavior and be professional at work a all times. Make loyalty and honor to your husband the main priority at all times, and no putting yourself in after work positions with the boss.

None of us can control feelings of attractions to others, but we can damn sure control what we do about those feelings.
