    Could I have my part of taxes go into my account?
    My husband and I are apart,have been for 4 half months. We are not legally separated as of yet. We filed married and going to split, I am no longer excepting his calls so he is threating to not sign his signiture right away, knowing Im in need of my part of the return right away. He doesn't

    You CANNOT file the JOINT return without his signature; that's TAX FRAUD (people go to jail for that).

    You CAN, hwoever, file by yourself, filing MARRIED FILING SEPARATELY.
