    How to get rid of deep scars from cutting
    I have been cutting myself since I was in the 8th grade and now I am a junior in high school. I have stopped cutting for a while but about a month ago I relapsed really badly. I cut over 10 times on many different spots. I honestly wanted it all to be over. So I cut my wrist very badly and it was deep. I have been letting it heal for about a month now and it's finally growing some skin over it. Unfortunately, it's still a dark pink color and still a little deep. I have been having to wear long sleeves for a month and I'm getting sick of it not healing and having to wear long sleeves all the time. Is there a way I can help get rid of this nasty scar without telling anyone? And I mean like I can't get certain creams from a doctor because my parents will find out. Are there any other options that I can try? Please help. Thank you!

    Maybe it's time your parents find out and get you into counseling (and to a medical doctor) so you can get over this and head for a bright future.

    Yes there are creams, lotions, potions that can help heal the skin... But I'm thinking that if you are well and truly done with cutting then you need to tell your parents and get some counseling You need to fix the inside before you fix the outside... And maybe the scars will be a reminder to you to not hurt yourself like that anymore...
