    Pa gun laws for felons
    I have a felon record. Now my house was broken to. I'm I aloud to owe a gun to protect myself. And if so what type of gun licsen will I be aloud to get

    PA or not... Felons cannot own firearms under Federal law. You cannot legally own a firearm no matter where you live in the US.

    Unless, of course, the firearm was made or designed prior to 1898 and does not use center-fire cartridges.
