    NJ Gun Laws
Everybody knows how crazy gun laws can get especially in NJ.

I've read online that if you are between 18-20 and have your Firearms ID (if your state requires it) that you can be "gifted" a handgun by a friend or relative. So if I have my FID in NJ can my father gift me a handgun?

    Hello:

I don't know NJ laws, but I'm sure you don't have to BUY a gun. You may have to register it, but it can be given to you.
