Can l2 stay in us while L1 is out for a short trip
I am on L2 visa and having valid EAD and working here. My husband is having l1b visa (petition valid indefinitely). Now my husband is planning to visit India India for 1-2 months for personal reason and he will be back with the same visa and will be working for same company.During this time he will be paid by same company in India. Should I leave with him and come back with him or I can stay here for 1-2 months.

You don't need to travel together.

Thanks a lot lawanwadee for your reply.
I have another question, Is it OK if my husband's (l1) payroll moved to India for that 2 months? Still can I stay here for 2 months?
