    How do I do do a quick deed on my house??

    Well you can do a quit claim deed, if you are selling the house to someone, or if you are adding someone to your deed ( with permission of the mortgage company if there is a mortgage on it)

    But this is one of those things, if you ask how to do it, you should not do it on your own, esp on a deed, since one mistake can change ownership badly. So you hire a title company or a real estate attorney that will fill a deed out for you
