Any time you have sex pregnancy is possible, even if you use protection, so yes, you could be pregnant.

Like Scott said, wait 2 weeks and then test, but even 2 weeks from now it would likely be too early. If the test is negative, using first morning urine, then wait until your next period is due. If you miss it as well, then test again, with first morning urine, or see your doctor for a blood test.
