    Will Tennessee expedite from Florida for probation violation
    I am on 1 year felony probation for burglary of a motor vehicle in Tennessee I violated for not reporting and left to Florida if the police run my name will Tennessee come get me??

    Depends on how busy Fl and TN are and how badly TN wants you.

    Sometimes the Officers enjoy the trip.

    The most id do would b 6 months but would the time I spent waiting to sign papers count too I did 3 monthes

    Hello y:

    I hate to pop your balloon, but the probation time you served does NOT count.. If you were given a year suspended upon the successful completion of one year probation, and you served every day BUT one, and violated, you can be made to serve the entire year.
