The most id do would b 6 months but would the time I spent waiting to sign papers count too I did 3 monthes

I hate to pop your balloon, but the probation time you served does NOT count.. If you were given a year suspended upon the successful completion of one year probation, and you served every day BUT one, and violated, you can be made to serve the entire year.
