    How old are you
    Are you diabetic?
    Did you hurt your hand somehow recently?
    Is there something we need to know about your medical situation?

    Im In not a diabetic, I'm 44 and I did not hurt myself and my hand felt like it was sleeping last night

    Then it's time to go to the doctor to find out what is causing this.

    I have a history of Raynaud's disease, and what you're describing sounds a bit like that. It is a connective tissue disease that causes vascular restriction... I think you should see a doctor. Wish you the best.
