My hand has been turning purple and blue

Im In not a diabetic, I'm 44 and I did not hurt myself and my hand felt like it was sleeping last night

I have a history of Raynaud's disease, and what you're describing sounds a bit like that. It is a connective tissue disease that causes vascular restriction... I think you should see a doctor. Wish you the best.
