Ok, definitely Don't try to do it all day long, or until you are sore. That's not going to help. First of all, you much remember that it takes most healthy couples up to 12 months to conceive naturally. Since you have both been checked by the doctor and they told you that you are both fine, then I would definitely stop worrying about that. There are lots of other factors here. Stress, previous forms of birth control, etc. For example, if you were on the depo shot, it could take you up to 18 months to conceive after you last shot. Stress(especially over wanting to get pregnant so badly, but not being able to as quickly as you like) can actually deter your efforts to conceive. Sometimes it just takes longer for some then others, for no apparent reason. Here are a few suggestions that might help(if you aren't doing them already) Start charting your basal body temperatures. (Ovulation Calendar and Ovulation Chart - FertilityFriend.com) Also try ovulation predictor kits from the store. Both of these methods will help you pinpoint when you are ovulating, so you can determine when having intercourse will be the most productive. Don't have sex every day. Try for every other day several days before ovulation, on the day of ovulation, and even a day or so after your estimated ovulation. The week you are to ovulate is the most fertile time. Sperm can survive several days inside of you, and therefor it is possible to get pregnant from having sex the day or so before ovulation. After having sex, lay in bed with your hips SLIGHTLY elevated, to help encourage the sperm in the right direction, and help keep it inside longer. Don't douche or anything like that right after, as that will wash it all away. Taking prenatal vitamins when you are trying to conceive is always a good idea, as this will help your body to be more prepared for when you do get pregnant, and give baby and you best possible start to a healthy pregnancy. Exercise, but nothing too strenuous. And very importantly, RELAX. Just sit back and enjoy your man, and the opportunity you have to try to create a child together. Enjoy the lives you have together, and don't stress over getting pregnant, and chances are pregnancy will come much sooner then if you constantly worry over it. Good luck and best wishes.

There's not a lot you can do. Most couples get pregnant with in a year of trying and if you don't you should ses a doctor and get your insides checked out. Guy and girl both. Until that time, Try and stay active and eat right, studies show that those who have a BMI (and you can use a BMI calculator to find out what yours is) with a BMI between 20-30 are more likely to get pregnant, but over 25 is considered overwieght, so I would aim under that, but under 20 is not really healthy so that also would be bad. Also take a daily vitamine and a zinc and folic acid one also, they help.

And this might sound gross but try and aim that your boyfriend "finishs" inside you, with you on bottom. Directly after try placeing a pillow or to under your butt and hips to elevate your pelvious for about 15 minutes in order to help the spermies swim to the egg.

    =)

    Good luck!
