Hii so my boyfriend was on probation or that new thing county supervision and cops came to the house awhile back and he got caught up for sales! I guess they never filed on him yet or anything cause he had no warrants and he told me that if they didn't file on him for a year he would be in the clear as long as he stays good. Well this last week cops came to search his room and found a dirty needle with drugs in it so he got arrested and I ran down and bailed him out a.s.a.p then 2 days later they came to his house and I guess found some drugs behind a canvas in his room. He told me that's bad cause its crime bail crime ! He just went in yesterday and I don't know what to do I'm very sad for him and want to know an estimate or how much time he may get. I know nails are very over Crowded right now and are letting people out early. Idk help please

Where?

If he's on probation and he's violated at least twice there is no way to know - could be additional time, could be sentence if he did not get probation. It's anyone's guess.
