    How much jail time for debit card fraud
    Someone stole almost $5000.00 from my bank account using my debit card. How much jail time will they get?

    Perhaps none. Probation is possible.
    1. where is it at, what country, if US what state.
    2. what is there relationship, how did they steal it.
    3. do they have a prior record,
    4. is this part of additional crimes
