Try looking at crutchfield.com They have stereo removal tools for your vehicle. Usually if you purchase a head unit through them, they include the installation kit free

The only tool u need to remove the radio from a 2003 ram 1500 is a Phillps screwdriver. Look at the trash bag hanger on the right center of the dash. You will see a phillips hex head screw to remove. The whole center panel around the radio comes out as one piece. It is mounted with metal spring clips so after you remove that screw just start pulling it away carefully and pop the clips as you go. There will be 3 harness connections to panel so be careful and don't yank too far. There are 4 more screws to remove on the faceplate holding the radio in. Remove the radio and then you can get to harness plug and antenna. Note from my experience--go to the car audio shop first and buy the adapter plug harness to fit the factory plug to your radio and also some crimp on barrel connectersto mate the 2 harnesses together. Also if you want to add your own amp you will have to get the bypass harness instead if u have the Infinity system. You will also need the antenna cable adapter as the factory end on the antenna cable will not fit in an after market radio. The 2 items will probably set you back 15 bucks together. There is also a faceplate adapter for that hole that will use your original 4 screws to mount. It's a kit that will cost you another 15 dollars. Altogether about $35 to do it.
