    Wage Garnishments on a pawned car title?
    Can a car title pawn company garnish your wages for not paying on a title loan? Even if it is 3 years old and they refused to pick up the car?

    If they obtain a judgment from court, sure, in most states. They are not obligated to collect the car... just their money. The car is just a guarantee.

    If you have a car tittle loan and have a wreck and total the car can you let the company come and get the car instead of repaying the loan?
