    Repair a gas fireplace problem myself
    We have a gas fireplace inside It's 11 years old and really works just fine.
    I have to turn the switch on and off about 15 times to get it to stay on.
    What should I do next?

    Some things should never be tampered with on a D.I.Y basis, gas is one of them. Get somebody qualified to have a look at it for you.
