    Extension cord
    My power source is 125/230 14-50 plug from a generator that will feed a mig welder with 20a 250v plug. The power source plug is a four wire with four prongs and the feed plug is only a three wire with three prongs. Do I eliminate the ground or neutral on the three wire plug?
