    Infection
    I have been struggling with some problem after I had my first child she is now 5 years old.
    I have developed vaginal discharge, cramp in lower abdominal, smell from vagina after sex, and discharge, when I get up in the morning my belly cramp.
    I have pile and sometime the pile come out when I feces I think it causes all theses infection.

Can anyone explain to me what this tingling sensation is when I go to the toilet for a wee?I even have it an hour or so after going to the toilet? Is this a common water infection or something else and can it be due to anything as me and my partner are trying for a baby?
