    Yes it's perfectly viable, but NOT possible to diagnose over the internet especially with such scant information.

    Yes, it is very possible there are plenty of sperm in the early fluids. So just going in once is all it takes.

    After that, even with a condom you can get pregnant. They have a 3 to 10 percent failure rate
