Right of survivorship for Nevada real estate
My mother and I recently performed a Grant , bargain and sale deed to include both of us on the title of my house. My question is, does right of survivorship pass the title in its entirety to either party if one of us passed away or do we need to have language added to ensure the property will stay out of probate court and the surviving member will have full ownership.
